We will look at: Why Customer Service matters to businesses and organisations; How to communicate effectively and identify customer needs and create a good first impression; Update your knowledge on Maintaining Confidentiality and Equality and Diversity legislation; and How to deal with complaints.

We will explore and understand the reasons for feeling confident or unsure of themselves, how to participate more effectively in social situations and manage stress, and how to set goals that increase their self-confidence.
